2. Treatments and Advice
All treatments are performed by qualified and trained practitioners.
An initial consultation is required before most treatments to assess suitability and discuss potential risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Medical Information and Suitability
You must provide accurate and complete medical history information during consultation.
Certain conditions, medications, or health factors may make you unsuitable for specific treatments.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (if applicable).
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time but will honour prices quoted at the time of booking.
5. Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid losing the deposit.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee equal to the deposit or treatment cost.
6. Refund Policy
Treatments and packages are non-refundable once provided.
Refunds are only given if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.
Results cannot be guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective treatment, all procedures carry inherent risks which will be explained during consultation.
Dr Chike Clinics will not be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or failure to follow aftercare advice.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.
8. Children and Minors
We do not treat individuals under 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required.
9. Gift Vouchers and Packages
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Prepaid packages must be used within the timeframe agreed upon at purchase.
